Notify Shipper immediately regarding concealed damage or pilferage and hold entire shipment intact for inspection or instruction from Shippers agent. If you need to return any item, we need the following information: Original Invoice Number and date when item was purchased and advise us as to whether you would like store credit, replacement or refund. Please be sure to enclose a packing list showing your name, address, and a list of what you are returning. All returns must be sent to us prepaid.
All the appliances have one-year warranty by the manufacturer. WE WILL ACCEPT ALL MERCHANDISE RETURNED TO US THAT IS IN NEW, RESALABLE CONDITION. HOWEVER, ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS.
